A comprehensive AI-powered system for planning, executing, monitoring, optimizing and settling freight movements across the entire supply chain — combining predictive analytics, automation, regulatory compliance, financial budgets and real-time visibility in a single cloud environment.
NALOP autonomously plans, schedules and executes operations across diverse carrier networks — land, air, off-road, inland waterway and coastal maritime, including crewed and autonomous eVTOL air vehicles — while minimizing manual intervention, delivery delays and operating cost.
Platform Capabilities
License includes 100 users and a 5-user license for each of NGL DockMate®, ShopMate®, SensorMate®, FreightMate®, SafetyLane®, ShipMate® and eLog®, plus one licence of Available Message Cloud Credits (AMC).

An annual additional single-user cloud user license for the NGL AI Logistics Orchestration Cloud Platform (NALOP), extending platform access to more of your team as your operation scales.
Message Credits
Available Message Cloud Credits (AMC)
Funds placed on account and drawn down as you send email, text and voice messages through the NGL mobile apps and platform. Balance and per-message rate are visible before sending; an algorithm sets the credits per message by type, length and number of recipients.
A block purchase provides 37,000 credits — roughly a typical mix of 13,000 emails, 22,000 text messages and 1,000 voice messages.
